BrandRanker provides brand visibility, reputation, and presence evaluations based on publicly available data and proprietary analysis. Results are informational only and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

- Compatibility with all platforms or future algorithms
Search engines, AI systems, and third party platforms change constantly and results may vary.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandRanker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandRanker, its owners, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
